Lisa Quade


Lisa Quade was born in Weimar in 1987. She studied museology at the HTWK Leipzig (University of Applied Sciences) as well as political science and postwar history at the Free University of Berlin. She worked in the documentation division of the Forum for Contemporary History in Leipzig from 2008 to 2010. She then worked as a registrar, supervising the opening of the permanent exhibition in the Tränenpalast (“Palace of Tears”) as well as special exhibitions in the Pergamon Museum and the Martin-Gropius-Bau. From 2013 to 2016, she worked at the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation, where she was responsible for project management at the office for provenance research and supported a publication on the “gallery of the twentieth century.” She has been responsible for property management at the Foundation Flight, Expulsion, Reconciliation since March 1, 2017.
